Foundation Options
  • Concrete pylons – This is our most common foundation.  We drill a hole 18 inches in diameter and 3 1/2 feet in depth and fill this with concrete.  We do this every 12 ft. in every direction.  We then set and anchor your barn on this grid work. This foundation type is included in our pricing.
  • Concrete pad – If you decide to go with this type of a foundation you will need to provide this.  We can give a discount if you provide the this type of foundation.  Discuss this with us to make sure that your concrete contractor has the correct specs before he begins his work.
  • Gravel pad – Discuss this with us, some warranty restrictions may apply.
We can customize your barn by replacing one box stall with two to three tie stalls. This comes with a manger.
