  1.   Buildings 12 x 16 and under can be built with a single slope roof
  2.   Buildings can be built with the Shop style or Saltbox Style
  3.   Pressure Treated 6×6 ground beams around the outer edge
  4.   2×4 wall studs 16 in. on center, double 2×4 wall plate on buildings over 16 ft. long
  5.   2×4 rafters on 16 in. centers
  6.   4 ft. tall 3/4 in. plywood kick panel on inside of shelter area
  7.   7 ft. tall opening on run-in area
  8.   3/8 in. LP SmartPanel® fastened with galvanized nails, exterior acrylic latex paint
  9.   Hurricane ties on all rafters
  10.   Floor joist ties on buildings 16 ft. and over
  11.   3 in. Sidewall overhang with 1×4 faceboard and wood corners
  12.   48 in. or smaller wood door with a double 2×4 header
  13.   Accent your building with your choice of two standard paint colors
  14.   2 ½ in. Gable overhang with 1×4 faceboard
  15.   #1 grade, 29 gauge metal roof, 40 year paint warranty, placed over 7/16 in. OSB roof sheeting
  16.   Or 30 year architectural shingles placed over 7/16 in. OSB roof sheeting
Standard Tackroom Construction
  1.   You can change the location of the tackroom to the center or on either end of the building
  2.   Floor joists on 16″ centers with 3/4″ tongue and groove plywood floor
